WE CARE

Sunshine isn't a beginning for all
Must be for some, woes to continue.
If all that we could do was just,
Love and Care for those very few.

Every single worthy soul
@ large wants to see.
In the eyes of those ignored by all
New desires and dreams of what they can be.

The endeavours are to help them all
End their world of distress
Give them a hope to live with
Reach out, care and bless.

Every eye has a question for us,
Of all his creations, who the worthy are you,
'No we are not god for sure'.
We just care and so should you!

Rules for this Valentines Day

Give her a rose
Though its done by all
Yuo cannot grab a star
Or wait for it to fall.

Always try to make her smile
Even though she is sad
Keep your sorrows away that day
She might think you are mad.

Try and share a secret of yours
Sweet but not sick
You will expect a kiss that day
But you might get a kick.

Remember your last year's memories
Only if good they were
You should remember all of these
Even if forgetful you are.

Make her feel like a queen
But dont command like a king
Dont act like a clown
She might hate that thing.

Most important of all
Dont hurt her even for a second
It may not effect your relation
But these memories stay till the end.

So this valentines day dont ask
Just love, care and give
Try and forget her mistakes
Its the day to forgive.

So follow these rules
Cupid will do the rest
If she follows these rules too
Your Valentines Day, will be the Best.

Happy Valentines Day!

Thank You Friend - My Friends' Poem 2

Thank you, friend, for all the things
That mean so much to me
For concern and understanding
You give abundantly.

Thanks for listening with your heart;
For cheering me when I'm blue;
For bringing out the best in me;
And just for being you.

Thanks for in-depth conversation
That stimulates my brain;
For silly times we laugh out loud;
For things I can't explain.

For looking past my flaws and faults;
For all the time you spend;
For all the kind things that you do,
Thank you; thank you, friend.

'LIBERATE' MY SOUL - My Friends' Poem 1

Sitting by the window, in deep contemplation,
My eyes turn to the heavens above,
The sky belittles me;
The stars sneer; the moon scoffs;
I rush indoors; panting, huffing,
Trying to seize that last breath;
Belittled; disparaged;

A hazy vision, a dizzy head,
Wobbly feet, trembling fingers
A cracked voice
Calls out to the cosmos
For that last lungful of serenity
For that last smell of tranquility

I close my eyes
Never to open them again
Am I relieved?
Released of the pain?
Of the silent sorrow
Of the distress and anguish

Is it a figment of my imagination?
Am I hallucinating…
A chill runs down my spine
I lift up in the skies, weightless;
Peace pervade, silence seeps in;
Eternal calm encompasses me

My soul is liberated…
But those memories linger on
Like the fragrance of a trampled rose;
…. Will I ever be free
Of this unflinching pain
Will my soul be 'liberated'…

One of the best poems I read on the net!

Each year he sent her roses, and the note would always say,
I love you even more this year, than last year on this day.

My love for you will always grow, with every passing year.
She knew this was the last time that the roses would appear.

She thought, he ordered roses in advance before this day.
Her loving husband did not know, that he would pass away.

He always liked to do things early, way before the time.
Then, if he got too busy, everything would work out fine.

She trimmed the stems and placed them in a very special vase.
Then, sat the vase beside the portrait of his smiling face.

She would sit for hours, In her husband's favorite chair.
While staring at his picture, and the roses sitting there.

A year went by, and it was to live without her mate.
With loneliness and solitude, that had become her fate.

Then, the very hour, The doorbell rang, and therewere roses sitting by her door.

She brought the roses in, and then just looked at them in shock.
Then, went to get the telephone, to call the florist shop.

The owner answered, and she asked him, if he would explain,
Why would someone do this to her, causing her such pain?

"I know your husband passed away, more than a year ago,
"The owner said,"I knew you'd call, and you would want to know.

The flowers you received today, were paid for in advance.
Your husband always planned ahead, he left nothing to chance.

There is a standing order, that I have on file down here,
And he has paid, well in advance, you'll get them every year.

There also is another thing, that I think you should know,
He wrote a special little card... he did this years ago.

Then, should ever I find out that he's no longer here,
that's the card that should be sent to you the following year."

She thanked him and hung up the phone, her tears now flowing hard.
Her fingers shaking, as she slowly reached to get the card.

Inside the card, she saw that he had written her a note.
Then, as she stared in total silence, this is what he wrote...

"Hello my love, I know it's been a year since I've been gone.
I hope it hasn't been too hard for you to overcome.

I know it must be lonely, and the pain is very real.
Or if it was the other way, I know how I would feel.

The love we shared made everything so beautiful in life.
I loved you more than words can say, you were the perfect wife.

You were my friend and lover, you fulfilled my every need.
I know it's only been a year, but please try not to grieve.

I want you to be happy, even when you shed your tears.
That is why the roses will be sent to you for years.

When you get these roses, think of all the happiness
that we had together, and how both of us were blessed.

I have always loved you andI know I always will.
But, my love, you must go on,you have some living still.

Please...try to find happiness, while living out your days.
I know it is not easy, but I hope you find some ways.

The roses will come every year, and they will only stop,
When your door's not answered, when the florist stops to knock.

He will come five times that day, in case you have gone out.
But after his last visit, he will know without a doubt!

To take the roses to the place,where I've instructed him
and place the roses where we are, together once again.

THOSE UNSAID WORDS

"Sorry but try and forget me dear.
This is it, we cannot come more near.
Handling this relation is difficult for me,
we were friends and will always be."

Those were her last few words to him,
and then they never met again.
For him it was a shock of life,
which left him in endless pain.

He had come to say those three words,
hoping everything would go fine.
He had cried a lot for his love
but his heart cried for the first time.

Speechless he was left there alone,
seeing her vanish in the crowd,
thinking should he smile at his fate
or just cry out loud.

He closed his eyes and there were tears,
flowing down his eyes.
Was it a dream or was it real
he still could not realise.

He thought of her day and night,
prayed for her happiness.
Though she had left him in pain
and life which was all mess.

He still loved her and cared for her
coz for him love had no end.
But he was trying to catch the moon,
coz for her, he was just a friend.

He knew he was noone for her,
but still he wanted to know.
Is there happiness at her door
or is she living in sorrow.

He was a bird who had lost his wings,
but still dreaming to fly.
Coz she had tought him to keep hopes
and everything needs a try.

Days passed in her memories,
Nights!! he dreamt of her.
She had a special place in his heart.
How could he forget her???

This made him sick day by day,
Doctors he had to visit from then.
Then he accepted one more truth,
he had Cancer!! added to his pain.

He had few days left with him
and he wanted her to know.
His love for her was always true
which he could never show.

But he could not say this to her
coz she was far away.
Taking with him those unsaid words
He left this world one day.

Rest in peace!

My dreams have lost their path
My hopes have disappeared
My lifes goes by the clock
whose ticks are always heard.

As fate smiles back at me
I see what I have gained
I had collected flowers from memories
Which fate has drained.

I can't face myself
The mirror laughs at me
When I look at the world around
It is not where I should be

I look at the sky in pain
When memories sworm like bees
And I find my final destination
Where I rest in peace!
